Henry Sokolski is executive director of the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center and editor, most recently, of Falling Behind: International Scrutiny of the Peaceful Atom (2008) and Taming the Next Set of Strategic Weapons Threats (2006), both published by the Strategic Studies Institute.
