Shilo Brooks teaches in the Herbst Program of Humanities for Engineers at the University of Colorado. Through the Jack Miller Center, he was a fellow in the Program on Constitutionalism and Democracy at the University of Virginia (2014–2016). He has taught at the University of Virginia and Bowdoin College. Mr. Brooks has a Ph.D. in political theory and American politics from Boston College. He interned at The New Atlantis in 2009.
